PACKAGE #1 – The Barn Wedding Package
Starting at $5,000 | Capacity: Up to 350 Guests
Our 7,500 sq ft elegant barn features multiple chandeliers, a massive fireplace, big screen TVs, a covered porch with pond views, and a ten-stall restroom. You’ll also enjoy:
  • Elegant Bridal Suite with wet bar & six makeup stations
  • Outdoor Ceremony Space overlooking a 1-acre pond with fountain
  • Full Catering Kitchen with refrigerator, warmers, and ice maker
  • Plentiful Parking in spacious field
  • 350 White Resin Chairs or 200 Wooden Crossback Chairs
  • Round Tables, Barn Tables, 10 Cocktail Tables (bar or table height)
  • Use of rehearsal room, kitchen & restrooms for up to 58 guests
  • Friday 8am–10pm, Saturday 7am–11pm, Sunday 6am–10am (cleanup)
Tiered Pricing by Guest Count:
  • Up to 150 Guests: $5,000
  • Up to 200 Guests: $5,500
  • Up to 250 Guests: $6,000
  • Up to 300 Guests: $6,500
Optional Add-Ons:
  • Groom’s Quarters (Sat. 10am–5pm): $500
  • Golf Cart with Driver: $350


PACKAGE #2 – Full Weekend with House Rental
$8,900 | Includes all amenities of Package #1 + Overnight Stay
Enjoy a full weekend experience with exclusive use of the beautiful on-site house from Friday at 8am to Sunday at 10am. Accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably.
Main Floor:
·        Master bedroom with king-size bed, private bathroom, and walk-out deck with pond view
·        Two additional bedrooms with queen beds
·        Two full bathrooms
Lower Level (Basement):
·        Groom’s suite with large TV, pool table, bar area, and spacious sectional couch
·        One bedroom with queen bed
·        One bedroom with bunk beds (queen mattresses on bottom, full on top)
·        Walk-out access to the lower deck overlooking the pond
Included with Your Stay:
·        All amenities from Package #1 included (except golf cart—see note below)
Note:
Golf cart and driver are not automatically included in this package.
You may add it for $350 if needed.


PACKAGE #3 – Special Event Barn Rental
$2,000 for 4 Hours | For Parties, Showers, or Celebrations
Includes:
  • Use of Barn for 4 hours for 150 guests
  • Tables & 150 white resin chairs (Crossback chairs included!)
  • Cleaning fee, trash removal, Wi-Fi, two flat screens
  • Accessory closet with decorations
  • Men’s & women’s restrooms with multiple stalls
  • Up to 3 planning meetings with Maple Roe staff
Add-ons:
  • $500 per additional 50 guests
  • $500 per additional hour
  • Linens: $15 each
  • China Table Setting: $60 each
  • Golf cart with driver: $350
  • Overnight House Stay: $1,500/night (2-night minimum)
